• Yes. An award organizer can check the status of entries at any time by clicking the “Entry status” button in “My Exceliums”, or by clicking “entries” when accessing the award information.
Can I change the award rules or extend the submission deadline?
• Yes. As an organizer, you keep full control over your award and may make any changes you consider appropriate, and decide whether to communicate them to registered participants.
Can Exceliums help promote my award?
• Yes. Exceliums.com offers different tools to promote your award, including the newsletter, banner, permanent hall of fame, and press releases.
Can Exceliums help with jury voting?
• Yes. Exceliums provides a simple and organized voting system for voting online directly from the website or during an in-person meeting.
Who informs participants of the verdict?
• Exceliums provides you with the tools to inform participants of the final verdict, although this information will be sent from the organizer’s email address.
Will my award’s hall of fame be visible on Exceliums?
• Yes. Recognized works from each edition will always be visible in the “Hall of Fame” on Exceliums.
Can I organize awards with international scope?
• Yes. Exceliums.com allows you to receive entries from anywhere in the world.
If entries to my award require payment, will participants receive an invoice for their registration?
• Participants do not automatically receive an invoice, but the confirmation email of their registration includes a button to “Request invoice from the organizer.” If a participant uses this option, you as the organizer will receive an email with the request and the entrant’s details, making it easier for you to issue the invoice.
If entries to my award require payment, when will I receive the money for each registration?
• The amount of each registration is assigned immediately to your account, and Stripe processes and sends the transfer to your bank according to its established timelines.
Do I need to register on Exceliums to create a prize?
• Yes, you must have an account with an Organizer user. It is free.

You have chosen the NGO plan with no annual fee. You can organize awards without limit and without any cost. With your plan you will enjoy diplomas in a single click, sending press releases, newsletter promotion and permanent honors. You can change your plan at any time from 'My profile'.
For awards with paid registrations, Exceliums manages the billing and collection of registrations. For each registration to your prize, you will receive the summary and the corresponding amount. All in one bill.
